"Snacks will be provided!" promises a BOEM member who is opening a small hagwon in Bucheon very soon. The Texan was inviting us to his "hagwon opening party" on Sunday October 26th, right after BOEM service (so around 4 PM). We look forward to celebrating and...eating plenty of his snacks.
